  • 12 tortillas in thin strips
  • 2 Pasilla chiles, without seeds
  • 2 medium tomatoes, in pieces and without seeds
  • ½ Large onion in pieces
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 liter of water
  • 4 teaspoons of chicken powder broth
  • 1 sprig of parsley
  • ¼ Teaspoon of dried oregano
  • 1 Avocado, peeled and cubed
  • 150 Gr. Of panela cheese in cubes
  • 2 Tablespoons whole milk cream
