Directions

Step 1

Peel and clean the shrimps. Add salt and pepper to taste

Add the cornstarch, the eggs and the flour in three separate containers.

Step 2

Heat the Sabrosano oil at medium-high fire in a large pan or pot.

Cover each shrimp in the cornstarch, followed by the egg and lastly by the flour.

Step 3

Fry the shrimps with the Sabrosano oil until they turn to a golden color and get crunchy. Remove from oil and dry the excess oil with a paper napkin

Step 4

For the dressing, mix all the ingredients and keep it in the refrigerator before and after use. Add the dressing to the shrimps until cover them all up.

Step 5

Serve with lettuce and soy sauce.

Ingredients

2 cups of Sabrosano oil
500 gr of shrimps
½ of cornstarch
½ cup of flour
Salt and pepper to taste
2 whisked eggs with 2 tablespoons of water

Dressing ingredients

½ cup of mayonnaise
¼ cup of cream
¼ cup of milk
2 tablespoons of ketchup
1 tablespoon of English sauce
½ of granulated garlic
Sriracha sauce to taste
