Step 1

Mix the cola drink and ketchup in a medium container

Marinate the pork chops with Sabrosano oil and salt and pepper to taste. Put the pork in a medium pan at medium fire.

Pour the sauce mixture to the pan and cover all the pork chops.

Cook in the covered pan for 10 minutes, or until the pork is completely cooked.

Once is ready, serve the pork chops covering them with the sauce.

  • 4 packages of boneless pork chops
  • 1 tablespoon of Sabrosano oil
  • 1 cola drink can
  • 1 cup of ketchup
  • Salt and pepper to taste
