Step 1

Cut the mushrooms into pieces

Add 2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil in a medium pan at medium fire and fry the onion along the garlic.

Once the onion is transparent, add the mushrooms until they are fried. Then add the nutmeg, also adding salt and pepper to taste.

Slowly add the milk and let it cook for 5 minutes. Keep moving the mixture.

Remove from pan and liquate all the ingredients.
