Directions

Step 1

In a deep container, mix 1 egg, 1/4 cup of sugar, 4 tablespoons of corn cream, 1 cup of milk, 1 cup of cornmeal, 1 cup of wheat flour, 2 teaspoons of baking powder and a pinch of salt. Let the mixture stand for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Take the sausages and cheese sticks. Cut each piece in half and cross them with a wooden stick.

Step 3

Add ¼ cup of wheat flour in a medium container. Take each of the pieces and cover them perfectly with flour. Finish covering them all with the mixture.

Step 4

Add the Sabrosano oil in a deep pot at 185° Celsius. Fry the corndogs until they take a golden color.

Step 5

Remove the corndogs and dry them with a paper napkin.

Accompany with ketchup or your favorite dressing.
