Directions

Step 1

In a pan put to heat a little Sabrosano oil, once it has the right temperature, add the ground meat with the meat seasoning until it is completely fried.

Step 2

In a separate bowl, mix the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, milk and poblano pepper cut into small pieces. Take the ground meat and add it to this mixture.

Step 3

Heat the oven to 190ºC. Place the flour tortillas on cupcake molds and shape them into a basket. Bake for a few minutes until the tortillas are golden, taking care not to burn.

Step 4

Place the mixture inside made with the tortillas and serve each accompanied by chips or toast to enjoy this delicious dish.

½ cup of cream cheese
1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
2 tablespoons of milk
1 poblano chile
