Directions

Step 1

Pre-heat the oven to 200° Celsius

Cut the ends of the garlic heads so you expose the cloves. Place them in aluminum foil.

Spread the Sabrosano oil on the exposed garlic cloves and close the foil. Keep free space above each garlic head.

Step 2

Introduce the garlic heads to the oven and cook for 1 hour. Prove that the garlic takes a golden tone. Let them cool aside.

Once the garlic is cool, tight and take out the cloves. In a medium container, combine them with the soft butter and smash everything mixing well.

Add the parsley and stir with a spatula.

Step 3

Using a knife, cut the bread in half horizontally

Step 4

With a brush, spread Sabrosano oil in the bread. Followed by the mixture of butter and garlic.

Add a pinch of parmesan cheese above the bread and put them in a baking tray.

Step 5

Lower the temperature to 150° Celsius and cook the bread for 100 minutes. Change the bread to the upper rack of the oven so it can take a golden color.

Cut and enjoy!

1 sourdough french bread baguette
1 butter bar
2 garlic heads
2 tablespoons of chopped parsley
Sabrosano oil
2/3 cup of grated parmesan cheese
