For the gorditas:

- ½ kg of corn dough
- 1 Teaspoon of baking powder
- 2 tablespoons of flour
- Milk, the necessary
- 1 cup of Sabrosano oil
- ¾ Cup of refried beans
- Salt to taste
For the filling:
- 2 Tablespoons of Sabrosano Oil
- 400 gr. of ground chicken breast
- ½ chopped onion
- 4 guajillo chiles, without seeds
- 1 pinch of cumin
- 2 teaspoons of chicken broth powder
