For the gorditas:

  • 3 Tablespoons of Sabrosano Oil
  • ½ kg of corn dough
  • 1 Teaspoon of baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • Milk, the necessary
  • 1 cup of Sabrosano oil
  • ¾ Cup of refried beans
  • Salt to taste

For the filling:

  • 2 Tablespoons of Sabrosano Oil
  • 400 gr. of ground chicken breast
  • ½ chopped onion
  • 4 guajillo chiles, without seeds
  • 1 pinch of cumin
  • 2 teaspoons of chicken broth  powder
