  • ¼ cup of grated parmesan cheese
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 2 whisked eggs
  • ¼ cup of Sabrosano oil

Dip

  • 1 cup of dry jocoque
  • 2 tablespoons of parsley, finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon of chili flakes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
