Step 1

In a medium container, whisk the eggs with ¼ cup of water

Mix the oregano, basil, garlic salt and ground bread in a second bowl.

In another separate bowl, add just the flour.

Heat the Sabrosano oil at medium fire in a medium pot

Cover each ravioli in flour, followed by the eggs and finally, the ground bread. Let it stand for 3 to 5 minutes.

Carefully put each ravioli in the Sabrosano oil and fry them.

Remove them from oil and dry them with a paper napkin

Sprinkle with parmesan cheese and serve with marinara sauce.

  • 1 frozen ravioli box stuffed with cheese or meat
  • 2 eggs
  • ¼ cup of water
  • 1 teaspoon of garlic salt
  • 1 cup of flour
  • 1 cup of ground bread
  • ½ teaspoon of oregano
  • 1 teaspoon of basil
  • 1 teaspoon of ground parmesan cheese
