PRETZEL BREADED CHICKEN

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into pieces 5 to 7 cm thick.

Step 2

Mix the cups of pretzels and ½ cup of parmesan cheese in a blender.

Add a pinch of pepper along with the ½ cup of flour in a container. Whisk the eggs in a separate container. In a third container, add the mixture of pretzels and cheese.

Step 3

Cover the chicken pieces in the flour, followed by the egg and finishing with the pretzels mixture. Make sure the chicken is completely covered.

Step 4

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a medium pan. Fry the chicken pieces and flip them as many times as necessary.

Step 5

Remove from the oil and dry them with a paper napkin.

Serve and enjoy!

½ kg of boneless chicken breast
½ lts of Sabrosano oil
2 cups of pretzels
½ cup of parmesan cheese
½ cup of flour
2 eggs
Pepper (optional)
