PORK CHICHARRON IN RED SAUCE

Directions

Step 1

Boil the tomatoes with the serrano chiles, the onion, and the garlic clove for about 5 minutes or until they change color.

Step 2

Cut the crisp pork rinds (chicharrones) into small pieces.

Step 3

Blend the chiles, the tomatoes and the garlic clove.

Step 4

Place 1 Tablespoon of Sabrosano Oil in a medium frying pan and fry lightly the sauce for 3 minutes. Season lightly with salt.

Step 5

Add the pork rinds along with the rest of the chopped onion and cilantro.

Serve in tacos and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon of Sabrosano oil
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 Serrano Chiles
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ¼ cup of coriander (chopped)
  • ½ cup of white onion (chopped)
  • 150 gr. of pork rinds
  • salt to taste
