PORCORN STEAK BITES

Directions

Step 1

Cut the steaks in Little cubes and put them in a medium bowl

Season the meat with salt, pepper, cayenne, garlic and onion. Stir to cover uniformly.

Step 2

Whisk the eggs along with the milk in a small bowl. In another bowl, combine the flour with the cornstarch and ½ teaspoon of each condiment you used for the steaks.

Cover each of the cubes with flour, followed by the eggs finishing with the flour one more time.

Step 3

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a pan a medium fire. Once it is hot, fry each of the pieces until they are completely cooked. Sprinkle salt and pepper while the bites are still hot.

Step 4

For the sauce, heat a medium pan at high fire. Brown the chorizo, adding the onion y cook for approximately 4 minutes.

Add the flour and cook for some seconds. Slowly add the milk until it integrates completely.

Low the fire and let the sauce thick. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Step 5

Serve the steak bites with the sauce and enjoy!

Ingredients

4 sirloin steaks in cubes
½ teaspoon of salt
½ teaspoon of black pepper
½ teaspoon of cayenne
¼ teaspoon of granulated garlic
¼ teaspoon of granulated onion
2 tablespoons of chorizo
3 eggs
2 tablespoons of milk
1 ½ cup of flour
½ cup of cornstarch
1 cup of Sabrosano oil

For the sauce

½ chopped onion
1 ½ cup of whole milk
¼ cup of flour
½ teaspoon of salt
¾ teaspoon of black pepper
