For the sauce:

  • 2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil.
  • 4 large poblano chiles.
  • 1/2 onion
  • 2 cloves of garlic.
  • 1/2 cup of cream.
  • 1/2 cup of evaporated milk.
  • 2 tablespoons chicken soup powder.

For the meatballs:

  • 1 kg ground beef.
  • 2 eggs.
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
  • ¼ finely chopped onion.
  • 2 garlic cloves finely chopped.
  • ¼ cup of bread crumbs.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
