For the meatballs:
- 1 kg ground beef.
- 2 eggs.
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley.
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano.
- ¼ finely chopped onion.
- 2 garlic cloves finely chopped.
- ¼ cup of bread crumbs.
- Salt and pepper to taste.
