  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • ¼ cup of coriander
  • ½ cup of flour
  • 1 cup of chicken soup
  • 1 cup of milk cream
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 1 teaspoon of salt

Chile relleno Topping

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of flour
  • ½ cup of Sabrosano oil
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup of grated Jack cheese
