 - 2 poblano chiles sweated, deveined and peeled
 - Salt and pepper to taste
 - 2 tablespoons chopped cilantro
 - 3 tablespoons of cream
 - 1 tablespoon of powdered consommé powder
 - ¼ diced purple onion
 - 1 cup of white corn grains
