Step 1

Preheat the oven to 347° F.

Combine the sugar and the Sabrosano Oil in a large bowl. On a separate bowl whisk the eggs, honey, cinnamon and vanilla separately then add it into the sugar mixture.

Add the cup of oats and mix with a spatula. The dough begins to look with more consistency.

Gradually add flour and mix until it becomes homogeneous

Use a baking tray. (You can use wax paper to prevent sticking). Place the dough with a spoon shaped pile and crush it gently up to a size of approximately 2 inches in diameter.

Bake for 13 to 15 minutes. Cookies should take a golden color and a little dry in texture.

Let them cool on a grid or flat surface.

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cup of oats
  • ¾ cup of oat bran (can be replaced by flakes)
  • 2 eggs
  • ¾ cup of wheat flour or wholemeal
  • ½ cup of brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of Sabrosano Oil
  • ½ teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon of vanilla extract
