Make a big sphere with all the dough and wrap it with paper plastic. Keep it in the freezer for approximately 1 hour.

Pre-heat the oven to 175° Celsius.

After one hour, take the dough out the freezer and spread it between two wax papers (to prevent from sticking) until getting a thickness of 5 mm. Then, cut into cookies, giving them any shape you want.

Bake for 8-10 minutes or until the surface looks browned.

Take them out the oven; let them cool for some minutes. Serve and enjoy!
