Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 220° Celsius

In a large bowl, mix the minced meat, bacon, garlic, parsley, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper, ground bread, eggs and milk. Mix well until it is completely homogenous.

Take the dough and make small balls using your hands. Approximately 5 or 6 centimeters of diameter.

Add Sabrosano oil in a pan at medium fire y fry the meatballs for 2 or 3 minutes. Cook them half-fried because they will finish cooking in the oven

In a baking tray, spread a few tablespoons of marinara sauce followed by the meatballs. Then add the remaining marinara sauce.

Remove from oven, decorate with parsley and enjoy!

Cover them with the 2 cups of mozzarella cheese and cover the tray with aluminum foil.

Cook for 25 minutes or until the cheese is completely melted and the meatballs are completely cooked.

  • 250 gr of minced meat
  • 4 chopped garlic cloves
  • ½ cup of chopped parsley
  • ½ cup of parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of pepper
  • 1 cup of ground bread
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 700 ml of marinara sauce
  • 2 cups of mozzarella cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Sabrosano oil
  • 500 gr of chopped bacon
