Ham and Cheese Crepes

Directions

Step 1

Blend the flour with the egg, oil, milk and salt.

Step 2

Heat in a pan and grease with a little Sabrosano oil. Pour the previous mixture until it covers the entire surface of the pan, taking care that the tortilla that will be formed is as thin as possible.

Step 3

Once the crepe omelet is ready, spread the cream cheese, add ham and manchego cheese. Close in a triangular shape, folding in half twice.

Step 4

Arrange on a baking sheet and bake a few minutes until crispy.

Serve hot and enjoy.

1 cup of flour
2 Eggs
1 Tablespoon of Sabrosano Oil
1 ½ cup of milk
Salt to taste
100 gr. of cream cheese
Ham
Manchego cheese, grated
