CHICKEN TACOS WITH CHEESE

Step 1

Heat the Sabrosano oil at medium fire in a large pan or pot.

In a large container, mix the chicken, cheese cream, sour cream, sauce, cheese and spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 2

Add to the tortillas tablespoons of the chicken mixture. Roll up each tortilla and pin up with tweezers.

Step 3

Put each taco in the Sabrosano oil until they are brown on both sides.

Step 4

Remove the tacos from the fire and remove excess oil with a paper napkin

Serve hot and enjoy

Ingredients

  • 3 cups of cooked and shredded chicken
  • ½ cup of soft cheese cream
  • 1/3 cup of sour cream
  • ½ cup of red sauce
  • 1 ½ cup of Colby Jack cheese
  • 1 ½ cup of chopped spinach
  • 12 corn tortillas
  • 1 cup of Sabrosano oil
  • Optional: 1 avocado
