Cut the extremities of each pumpkin flower. Chop and put in a pan. Wait until they are cooked and set aside. Remove the excess of water

Add the mixture in a square pan, covered with adherent plastic and spread the mixture evenly in the pan. Freeze for 30 minutes.

Take it out the freezer. Transfer the mixture to a cutting board. Cut into strips approximately 1 centimeter thick.

Add the flour, eggs and breadcrumbs in 3 separate containers.

Immerse each strip in the flour, followed by the egg and last, in the breadcrumbs. Set aside.

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a pot at medium fire. Fry each breaded strip for 30 seconds or until they are completely fried. Remove excess oil with a paper napkin.

Let them cool a minute, serve and accompany with marinara sauce.
