Step 1

In a medium bowl, mix the orange juice, cornstarch, soy sauce, ginger, oriental red chili, honey and orange peel.

Heat the Sabrosano Oil in a large pan and add the chopped onion and garlic. Let sit for a few minutes and add the chicken cubes with the green beans and season with salt and pepper.

Step 3

When the chicken is browned, add the orange juice mixture and fry until the chicken is cooked and a thick sauce forms.

Step 4

Serve hot and enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 kilo of chicken in cubes
  • ¾ Cup of orange juice
  • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
  • 3 Teaspoons of soy sauce
  • 2 teaspoons of orange peel
  • 1 Tablespoon of Ginger
  • 1 Tablespoon of oriental red chile
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 1 cup of stewed green beans
  • 2 Tablespoons of Sabrosano Oil
  • 2 Spoons of honey
