Potato Crust Beef Steak

Directions

Step 1

Season the steaks with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Place, on each steak, a slice of ham and two of cheese. Double in two as if it were a quesadilla

Step 3

Mash the potatoes in the blender or in a food processor. Lay aside.

Step 4

Pass through the flour and shake off the excess. Dip the steaks one by one in the beaten egg and then go through the potato flakes. Press until they adhere perfectly.

Heat the Sabrosano oil and fry the steaks until golden brown and well cooked.

Step 5

Serve hot and enjoy.

2 Cups of Sabrosano Oil
4 beef steaks
4 Slices of ham
8 Slices of Manchego cheese
2 Eggs
1 cup of flour
4 cups of potato chips
Salt and pepper
