Cilantro Cream Sauce Chicken

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts.

In a deep pan, heat the Sabrosano oil over medium heat.

Add the chicken and fry until lightly browned.

Grind the cream cheese, onion, garlic, cilantro, chilies in the blender, add the milk and the powderbroth.

Pour the sauce into the pan and continue cooking for 20 minutes.

Step 5

When ready, remove from heat and serve immediately.

Ingredients

  • 8 large chicken breasts
  • 190 gr. of cream cheese
  • 3 Tablespoons of Sabrosano Oil
  • 1 cup of milk
  • ¼ onion
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 3 serrano chiles
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 2 tablespoons chicken broth powder
  • Salt and pepper
