  • 1/3 cup of Sabrosano oil

For the custard cream

  • ½ lit of milk
  • 75 gr. Of sugar
  • 40 gr of cornstarch
  • 1 lemmon peel
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla
  • 1 cinnamon stick
