Step 1

Wash the shrimp well in a deep bowl with water and a little salt. Let them drain to dry.

Devend the 10 guajillo chiles and boil them with 4 tree chiles and a dry chipotle chile. While the chiles boil, chop 4 tomatoes in small squares. Repeat with the onion.

Step 3

Place the onion and tomato in a medium skillet and sauté. Meanwhile grind the chiles in a blender.

In a deep bowl, place 5 cloves together with a pinch of salt, toss the shrimp and stir.

Heat the Sabrosano Oil in a large skillet, and fry 4 to 6 shrimp. Remove the excess oil and drop the chili sauce in the pan where the shrimp were fried. Heat on low heat for 5 minutes.

Serve with white rice and enjoy.

  • 1 Kg of raw shrimp
  • 10 Deveined guajillo chiles
  • 5 Tree chiles
  • 4 Tomatoes
  • 1 White onion
  • 1 Clove garlic
  • 4 Tablespons of Sabrosano Oil
  • 1 Chipotle chile
  • 1 Pinch of ground pepper
  • 1 Pinch of salt
