ORANGE – CRANBERRY CAKE

Directions

Step 1

In a deep and large container, prepare the vanilla cake flour adding eggs, water and Sabrosano oil. Mix well then add the cranberries and orange zest.

Step 2

Take a circular o rectangular mold and grease it with Sabrosano oil to prevent the cake from sticking. Empty the cake’s mixture in the mold.

Pre-heat the oven to 175° Celsius. Once the oven is hot, put the cake in the oven and cook for 45 minutes or until it is completely cooked.

Step 3

Let it cool for 15 minutes and unmold it in a plate.

Sprinkle the cake with the sugar glass y serve

1 vanilla cake flour box
2 teaspoons of orange zest
1 ¼ cup of water
3 eggs
2/3 cup of Sabrosano oil
1 cup of dried cranberries
Sugar glass
