Step 1

Keep the cookies in the freezer for approximately 2 hours.

After two hours, we have to start with the dough. In a medium container, mix the flour, the milk, the egg, salt and sugar. Wait until it gets thick.

Meanwhile the dough is ready, heat the Sabrosano oil in a medium pot.

Immerse the Oreo cookies in the dough and quickly fry them in the oil.

Remove the cookies and put them in a plate. With paper napkins, remove the excess oil.

Serve immediately and decorate with sugar glass.

  • 12 Oreo cookies
  • 2 cups of Sabrosano oil
  • Sugar glass to decorate
