CHICKEN FAJITAS WITH CHIPOTLE

Directions

Step 1

Cut the chicken breast into fajitas

Marinate the fajitas with garlic powder, salt and pepper to taste

Step 2

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a medium pan at high fire and add the fajitas.

Meanwhile the fajitas are cooked, take the chipotle chiles and smash them with a fork in a deep bowl. Mix well with the milk cream.

Step 3

Add the mixture in the pan, over the fajitas. Make sure to reduce the flame and cook at low fire. Move continuously the fajitas until the chicken is completely cooked. It can takes 10 minutes.

Step 4

Remove and serve with rice and vegetables.

Ingredients

2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil
500 gr of chicken breast
1/8 teaspoon of garlic powder
Salt and pepper to taste
3 chipotle marinated chiles
250 gr of milk cream
