Wash and peel the potatoes. Cut them into little pieces and put them in a pot with cold water. Boil at medium high fire and let the potatoes cook until they are soft.

Wrap the tortillas in a wet towel and place them in the microwave for 15-20 minutes to prevent them from breaking when frying.

Add a tablespoon of the puree in the middle part of the tortilla and spread it to the extremes. Fold the tortilla in half and repeat with all the tortillas.

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a pan and carefully put each of the tacos.

Let them fry for approximately 2 minutes each side

Once they are brown, remove them and with a paper napkin remove excess oil.

Serve with your favorite sauce and enjoy!
