SPICY CAMBRAY POTATOES

Step 1

Wash and dry the potatoes

Step 2

Liquate the tomatoes and the tree chilies along with the garlic. Add Sabrosano oil and salt to taste. Liquate well.

Step 3

In a medium pot at low fire, add the potatoes and the butter with the chilies mixtures. Stir constantly to prevent it from drying.

Step 4

Once the potatoes are cooked, uncover the pot and keep cooking until the liquid evaporates and the potatoes take a golden colour.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup of Sabrosano oil
  • 1 kg of cambray potatoes.
  • 2 peeled tomatoes. Without seeds.
  • 3 tree chilies
  • 1 garlic clove
  • ½ butter bar
  • Salt to taste
