Step 1

Cut the steaks in Little pieces and set aside

Heat 2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil in a large pan, adding the steak and wait for its juice.

Once the beef spreads its juice, add the garlic, pepper and cumin. Let it stand for 5 minutes and add the serrano chilies. Let it stand for 5 more minutes.

Step 4

Add the onion, the tomatoes and 3 teaspoons of tomato puree. Salt to taste.

Cook at low fire until the steak is completely cooked, approximately for 15 minutes

  • 450 gr of mild beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil
  • 4 tomatoes cut into cubes
  • 5 serrano chiles
  • ½ medium onion
  • 3 teaspoon of tomato puree
  • A pinch of pepper
  • Cumin to taste
  • 3 garlics
