Step 1

1.      Put the chicken along with the cambray onions in a bowl. Add the teriyaki sauce and the chili. Mix well and let them marinate for 2 hours.

Step 2

Introduce alternately the chicken and the onions in the skewers.

Step 3

Add the Sabrosano oil in a large pan at high fire. Roast each of the brochettes until the chicken is cooked.

Step 4

Sprinkle the sesame and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 2 diced chicken breasts
  • 1 cup of teriyaki sauce
  • A bunch of cambray onions
  • 1 tablespoon of Sabrosano oil
  • 1 green chili cut in half
  • 1 tablespoon of sesame
  • Skewers
