FISH IN AVOCADO SAUCE

Step 1

Heat the Sabrosano oil in a medium pan and fry the onion, tomatillo and serrano chili. Remove from fire and liquate along with the avocado, a pinch of coriander, the cream, milk and consommé

Heat the sauce until boiling and set aside

Step 3

In a medium pan, add the rest of Sabrosano oil and fry the mere fish. Add salt and pepper to taste

Step 4

Serve the mere fish covering it with the sauce and accompany with the steamed vegetables.

Ingredients

  • 2 teaspoons of Sabrosano oil
  • ¼ onion
  • 2 chopped tomatillos
  • 4 avocados
  • 2 serrano chili
  • 1 ¼ cup of cream
  • 2 ½ cup of milk
  • 2 tablespoons of chicken consommé powder
  • 2 tablespoons of Sabrosano oil
  • 6 pieces of mere fish
  • Steamed vegetables to accompany
  • Coriander
