Directions

Step 1

Add Sabrosano oil along with the butter in a pan at medium fire

Incorporate the onion, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally the onions until brown, for 15 minutes approximately.

Step 3

In another container, add the mayonnaise, sour cream and cheese. Then, add the brown onion and mix well.

Step 4

Take a baguette, cut it to slices spreading butter, and bake it for 5 minutes until it is toasted.

Serve the onion dip with the baguette and enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 60 ml of Sabrosano oil
  • 4 tablespoons of butter
  • 2 diced onions
  • 125 ml of mayonnaise
  • 125 ml of sour cream
  • 1 panela cheese package at room temperature
  • Salt and pepper to taste
